Leo Stranius is a Partner and the CEO of Third Rock. Leo leads and develops climate and environmental services at Third Rock. Previously, he has worked as a corporate adviser and as the Executive Director of the Citizen’s Arena, The Finnish Nature League, and the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation. Leo holds a master’s degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Tampere.

Sari Kuvaja is Chair of the Board, Partner, and Director of Sustainability Services at Third Rock. Sari has over twenty years of experience in corporate sustainability and sustainability communications. She has consulted her clients on corporate sustainability strategy, stakeholder relations, and sustainability reporting and communications.

Anu Räsänen is Third Rock’s content producer. Anu has
over twenty years of experience as a journalist, editor, and publisher and a variety of communications roles. Anu specialises in ensuring excellent use of the Finnish language and that the content of the text engages the leader.

Veikko Sajaniemi is responsible for data analysis at Third Rock. Previously, Veikko has worked as a corporate responsibility and renewable materials expert and consultant at, for example, AFRY and Compensate. Veikko’s specialities are carbon footprint calculations, compensation strategies, and renewable materials.

Laura Väyrynen contributes to sustainability strategy development, including climate and biodiversity as well as sustainability reporting projects. Previously, Laura has worked as an analyst at the sustainability media and research company Corporate Knights and in environmental communications at the University of Toronto.

Fenia Niemitz has over eight years of experience in environmental and occupational safety management at, for example, Ramboll Finland. Previously, she has also worked on developing a SaaS service for corporate EHS management. Fenia is especially interested in the changing role of corporations in our society and the relationship and dialogue between corporations and stakeholders as a part of sustainability.

Harri Leinikka is the CEO and Founding Partner of T-Media as well as a Board member and Partner at Third Rock. Harri has over twenty years of experience in communications and reputation management. Harri has also worked in the leadership of Alma Media and TAT and a Board member at Infor.

RIKU RUOKOLAHTI
Board member
Riku Ruokolahti is the Chief Development Officer of T-Media and leads the Reputation&Trust business. He is also a Partner and Board member of Third Rock. Riku coaches top management and leadership teams on holistic reputation management. Riku holds an MBA degree from Henley Business School.
